LCG Corp ("LCG Claims", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights and choices you have. It applies to lcgclaims.com (including claims.lcgclaims.com) and to any claim, complaint or enquiry you submit to us by web form, phone, email, text/SMS, WhatsApp, social media, or live chat.

LCG Corp is a U.S. claims-filing assistance company. We help consumers prepare and submit claims, complaints and refund applications — including FTC redress / class-action settlement claims, Western Union remission, Equifax data-breach claims, gambling complaint cases, online-fraud claims, mass-tort and other consumer-redress programs.

LCG Corp is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Using our services does not create an attorney-client relationship.

5. SMS / Text and WhatsApp messaging

By providing your mobile number you agree that LCG Corp and our service providers may contact you by call, text/SMS and WhatsApp (including automated dialing or pre-recorded voice) about your enquiry or claim. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or of calls/messages generally by emailing info@lcgclaims.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages necessary to progress an active claim.

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

7. How long we keep it

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, to comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements — typically for at least seven (7) years after the conclusion of your matter, unless a settlement administrator or applicable law requires a longer period. After that we securely delete or de-identify the data.

8. How we protect it

We use commercially reasonable safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, audit logging, vendor due-diligence and staff training. No system is 100% secure; if a breach materially affects your personal information we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Our website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences and measure how visitors use it (including Meta/Facebook Pixel for advertising). You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:

We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law (typically 45 days, extendable once if reasonably necessary). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf if you provide written authorization.

California (CCPA/CPRA) "Shine the Light": California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
